Getting Started
Q: How do I create a seller account?
A: Visit minimiliMart.com/sell and click 'Register'. Fill in your details and submit required documents.
Q: How long does verification take?
A: Typically 1-2 business days.
Managing Orders
Q: How do I process orders?
A: Go to Seller Dashboard > Orders. Accept/confirm orders, pack items, and mark as ready for pickup.
Payments
Q: When do I get paid?
A: Payments are settled weekly (every Friday) for the previous week's orders.
Listing Products
Q: How do I list products?
A: Seller Dashboard > Products > Add New. Fill in details, upload photos, set price and inventory.
Q: What image requirements?
A: Minimum 800x800 pixels, white background preferred, JPG/PNG format.
